The Hefei Bolin Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. was founded
in 1997. Our company is a leading manufacturer in China
for producing powder metal parts and self-lubricating
bushing and bearing and planetary speed reducer.
We have more than ten years experience in the line
of powder metallurgy industry.
We are closely cooperating with relative Institute and University for researching of new materials and new techniques. In 2002, we set up "Bolin Research Academe on New Materials" cooperating with local key university “Hefei Industry University”. With combination of both advantages, we take on many national and provincial research projects and achieve practical many expertises
There are about 240 employees, including 24 middle and high professional technicians. The workshops take up 16000 square meters, including Mould Workshop, Compacting Workshop, Sintering workshop, Metalworking Workshop, Heat Treatment Workshop, Composite bush and bearing Workshop, Micro Speed Reducer, Equipments Workshop.
To achieve the goal of “Quality is the first of all”, our Centre Lab owns many advanced instruments such as Spectral analysis, Metallographic analysis, Mechanical properties test, Friction measuring equipments etc. We have gained the certificate of ISO9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS18001. We are applying for TS16949 in the year of 2008

Our new plant in Hefei National New & High Technology Industrial Development Zone is under construction now, will be finished at the end of 2008. The annual yield will be 3000 tons for powder metal parts in the year of 2009.
